CAMPAIGN BRIEFS

Campaign Brief Management

Write, approve and publish the briefs that anchor your influencer campaigns, all in one flow. Role-based permissions make it clear who can do what and when.

Workflow: draft, approval, publish

A team member with the brief-writer role drafts the campaign brief. The brand manager reviews it, requests revisions if needed, or approves it. Once published, the brief starts receiving influencer applications.

Track everything in one panel

Every campaign brief lives in a single panel. See which ones are drafts and which are published, and follow how many applications each brief has received.

Role-based permissions

Writing belongs to the brief writer; approving and publishing belong to the brand manager. This split isn't fixed — it can be reassigned from the permission editor.

Reviewing applications

Once a brief is published, the brand manager reviews the influencer applications it receives, accepting or declining each one. A super admin can step in at any stage if needed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit a brief after it's published?

You can't edit a published brief directly — status changes only happen through defined actions. To change terms, you open a new campaign version.

Can I accept more than one influencer for a brief?

Yes. You can accept more than one application to a published brief; each accepted influencer enters their own deliverable workflow.

Can I revert a published brief back to draft?

No. Campaign status moves through defined transitions, and a published brief can't be sent back to draft.
