Payouts and Payment Management
Track what each participating influencer is owed: see pending-approval, awaiting-payment and paid records in one panel, and record payment by uploading a receipt.
Payouts come from deliverables
When a deliverable is completed, a payout record is created from the rate snapshot on the invitation or rate card. The brand manager approves it; once approved, the influencer sees a date range for when payment can be expected.
Payment queue and status
Approved payouts move into an awaiting-payment queue. Track each record's status — pending approval, awaiting payment, paid — from one screen.
Record payment with a receipt
After you make the payment, upload the receipt (PDF or image) to mark the payout as paid. The receipt and a snapshot of the bank account used are stored together, and the receipt can't be changed afterwards.
Network specialist commission
For an influencer who joined through a network specialist's referral link, a commission record is kept alongside the payout. The commission rate is set at the platform level, not by the network specialist.

When is a payout created?
Once the related deliverable is approved and published, a payout record is created from the terms on the invitation or rate card.
How do I record that payment has been made?
You upload the payment receipt for an approved payout; the record moves to paid and the influencer can see the receipt in their own portal.
Does the platform make the payment itself?
No. The platform calculates the payout and tracks approval and payment status; the bank transfer is made by your business and recorded with a receipt.
